My experiance with Crown Toyota, I came in for an oil change with my 2011 Highlander,while i was waiting i went to talk to Tristain Bland about a new Highlander with 0% financing an trade in the 2011.TheCrown staff an Tristain, could not be more professional an nice never had such an experiance with any other dealership,the deal they gave me was the one you could not turn down. We purchased our 2012 Toyota Tacoma in July from Crown. Our sales consultant was Cody Chiles. From our initial conversation to the handing over of the keys this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Cody was extremely professional and prepared to answer all our questions. He was very sensitive to our financial situation and we really believe he worked hard to get us the best possible deal. In the end we were able to walk away with the new truck we wanted at the price we were happy with.

My Wife and I were recently looking to buy a car. We shopped around and looked at both new and used. We finally decided used was the way to go for our budget. Crown Toyota was on our list of places to go, since they seemed to have a good selection. We went to Crown, and were lucky to find a great sales person, Sean Kalist that helped us with our purchase. Sean was very patient with our decision making process, especially since we were looking at so many cars. The Finance Manager. I believe his name was Dave, was also very helpful. He was able to get us a great rate, and a warranty they covered our car until 100,000 miles. we are very pleased with Crown!

My husband and I recently leased a 2013 Toyota Prius V. Our salesperson was Joshua Sinnard and he did everything possible to make make our experience pleasant. Everything went very smoothly and we felt like he went out of his way to help us understand the whole process. We will definitely go back to Crown and seek Joshua Sinnard out for our next car!

Our salesman, Tristan Bland, was so easy to work with and very knowledgable. He seemed to know just what we were looking for and respected our time by not showing us things that didn't meet our criteria. We drove from St. Joseph but it was well worth the trip. Amazing! It was raining really hard and my windshield wipers quit working! I figured other places wouldn't have the parts if it was something specific to my celica so I went to toyota. The guy in the shop were so helpful, people in the office got me in and out right away! They ended up replacing a bolt and making sure everything worked right before sending me on my way- NO CHARGE! I know auto shops that would have told me they had to replace 7 things and charged me 100. Friendly, Clean, Quick and Iwas walking in with a 12yearold car I didn't buy from them!

Stupendous!!!! Crown is the best car dealership in Lawrence, KS and the surrounding area. Their customer service and sales specialists exceeded all of our expectations in a dealership. They went far above and replaced a window motor and a speaker in our used vehicle we purchased in a quick and speedy fashion. Our sales specialist, Cody Chiles even drove back and forth from my current job to pick up our new truck to get the window motor repaired and provided a vehilce for me to utilize while the window motor was being repaired. On 3/23/12 we purchased a 2012 Toyota Camry XLE from Crown Toyota. We had originally requested a quote on line on a Sunday, the following day we received a call from Justin Hulshof. Justin did the final sale on our automotive purchase. Justin not only did an outstanding job before and during the purchase of the Camry but also followed up with us several times afterwards. Jacob Sacks also did a wonderful job with the final quote and any negotiations on the final purchase price. We are Team National members and feel Jacob treated us wonderfully. Dave Gero thoroughly explained the different types of Vehicle Protection plans that were available. Dave answered all our questions and concerns and was very patient by allowing us time to discuss which plan would best fit our needs. When I started looking for a newer car a friend recommended Crown Toyota in Lawrence. I am so glad they did! Salesman Cody Chiles replied to my request for more information on one of their used Corollas and worked with me through the entire car buying process. Cody was wonderful to deal with. He answered all of my questions with patience and a smile even when I asked some of them twice. Jake and Dave in the finance department were also great to work with. I had to drive a little farther to get to Crown but it was worth it. I got a better price and their staff made buying a car from them a very pleasant experience. When they answer the phone “It's a great day at Crown Toyota” it's not just a slogan – it's a fact.

I went in for a routine oil change, and when I went to pick up the Camry, Patrick in the Service Dept. informed me they had found my water pump was leaking. Since I only have 55000 miles on the car, I was concerned. He told me not to worry; my powertrain warranty covered it up to 60000 miles, so they would fix it at no charge. I was taken aback by his honesty and integrity! They could have waited for me to come back in 5000 mi. for my next oil change to tell me of the leak--then I would have had to pay for the repairs myself, as it would have been out of warranty. But they didn;t! I have dealt with this dealership over the last 20 yrs., and it continues to amaze me how fairly they treat their customers, with honesty and integrity, consistently over the years. I am completely satisfied with my car buying experience at Crown Toyota/Scion. I was pleasantly surprised by a salesman named Cody Chiles. He was extremely honest, professional and most enjoyable was his laid back demeanor. He listened and met all of my needs for buying a vehicle; budget, mpg, reliability and appearance. From the first hand shake when I walked on the car lot to the hand shake as I was getting my used Scion XB to drive off the lot, Cody was there through the entire process. My 6th purchase from Crown Toyota! Its hard to find the level of service that I receive when I walk in the door. On Sept. 1st I purchased my new Avalon from Tristan Bland. I had been searching for the right car for several months and finally made contact with Jonathan Pecinovsky at Crown Toyota in Lawrence Kansas. He made car buying a delight!  I am a cautious buyer and I do my homework before I decide to purchase a big ticket item. The internet makes shopping easy to an extent, but I still prefer the face to face interaction. I was suprised how quickly I was responded to by this dealership when I sent an inquiry over the net. I told the salesman that emailed me that I didnt want to negotiate and I am looking for 1 price. Whomever sends the best price is who I will buy from. Tristan Bland responded to my email within minutes! I am a very deliberate and thoughtful purchaser. I appreciated that the sales person, Sean Kalist, and the sales manager gave me all the time I needed (a few weeks) to consider options and come to a conclusion about what I wanted and what would work for my budget. I never felt pressured, patronized or neglected. This was my first car buying experience were I didn't get irritated at tricks, pushy tactics or sales pitches, or feel that my careful analysis was a waste of their time. Job well done. And I love the car.

WOW A++++ How can I possibly say enough about my experience! My salesman was extrodinary. Tristan Bland sold us our 2011 Tacoma. It was a better price than the Kansas City Dealers and blew the Topeka dealer out of the water! I would have paid more just to get the great customer service and expertise that Tristan provided. I am not someone that leaves a big tip when eating at a restaruant, but I couldn't help, but give Tristan a little extra just for exceeding my expectations with the whole process. My experience with Crown was purely delightful. I just purchased a car today and couldn't say enough about them. Cody, the salesman that helped me was friendly, understanding of empathetic to my concerns of purchasing- but worked with his managers to get the deal done for me and let me drive away today!! They really go out of there way to make things happen- making sure that you are happy when you drive away. After all the paperwork was finished- they even had one of their guys drive my old car back to m y home so I didn't have to leave it there. All around awesome experience- easy buy and fully satisfied with my purchase.
Last evening, I purchased my fourth Toyota from Crown.The purpose of this brief note is to express my sincere appreciation for the professional and very friendly assistance received during the entire process. Last evening, in particular, was noteworthy. Tim Ballew stayed late after closing time and generally went way out of his way to give us a complete introduction to the many important safety features that make the Highlander a really good choice. I just wanted to drop you note to say Thank You for our new car and the buying experience we had with Jake Sacks.

Mike is a Toyota retiree, which you know and we know that profits for you on this deal were small but we were treated by Jake like we were a customer buying retail.. It was a very pleasant experience for us. Jake was very patient, knowledgeable, thorough and fun. He pointed out every feature on the 2011 Camry Hybrid, set up my bluetooth for me and told me to call anytime with any questions. We were totally comfortable with Jake through the whole process. I also forgot to empty out a couple of pockets on my Avalon with a two very sentimental items for me and we got Jake at home Friday night and he got it all for me Saturday morning, another extra step that he took for us.

You have a great customer focused employee in Jake and I thought you should here the postives. We have driven from Overland Park for all of our service with Carl and Tony for years, for our new car Mike would not consider going anywhere else.  Thanks so much for having such great employees for us to deal with. I would give Crown Toyota 5 stars for sure. We purchased our 2011 Camry Hybrid and the entire experience could not have been better. Jacob Sacks our sales rep was fantastic, we called ahead to tell him what we were interested in and he had 5 options for us in the Hybrid, all we had to do was pick the color and options. We had done our research so we knew the price range we should be in and that is exactly where Crown quoted us. The service dept is excellent, the dealership clean and new. Our rep showed us every option and how they worked, we also received a very fair price on our trade in. Our sales rep set up our blue tooth and took us through the cars every detail I would recommend Crown Toyota to everyone. Plus , we love love love our Camry Hybrid. It was delivered just as expected and on schedule, and the salesman was very helpful in setting up my bluetooth and pointing out how to use all of the automated systems. Mr. Miles Schnaer, Once again, I am writing to inform you how much I appreciate your sales representative, Sean Kalist. A couple of years ago, we purchased a new Toyota Corolla at your dealership. Sean Kalist made that experience enjoyable and exciting. I recently retired and needed a truck to tow a light weight boat or camper. So, we gave Sean a call and told him what we needed. Sean and I test drove several vehicles, which interested me. Good gas mileage and power were very important. After driving several vehicles, Sean asked if I would like to try out the Toyota Tundra (4.6 liter engine). I was surprised to discover that the gas mileage between the Tacoma and Tundra was really close. So, I took the Tundra out for a spin. The Tundra (4.6 ltr engine) had plenty of power and the ride was extremely comfortable. I was so impressed with the Tundra's performance, I had to have one! The truck I wanted had to have the TRD package. Not only did Sean find one with the TRD package but in Super White (my favorite). I am now driving my new 2011 Tundra purchased from your dealership. I love this Truck! I recommend Sean Kalist to my family and friends just because he is fun and honest to deal with. He never attempts to sell me a vehicle that I would not be happy with later on. Sean really listens to what I want and he works hard showing me what is available. Dealing with Sean Kalist is always fun and exciting. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle, from him at your dealership 
 
After many months of searching not only for the right car but also the right price we found Crown Toyota and probably the best salesperson ever. Cody Chiles was our sales consultant and was very courteous and respectful of our needs and budget. Cody was very honest and upfront with us during the whole process. We had credit issues that could have made things difficult but the great team of financial people at Crown made buying our Camry a wonderful experience. During the whole process we were treated so well. We will definately call our sales consultant Cody Chiles when we are ready to buy our next car.

Over the last 30+ years I have bought many vehicles. I have never had a buying experience like I had when I went to purchase my latest car. I was so fortunate to be greeted by sales consultant Cody Chiles. I was really torn between two different vehicles. Cody was very patient and knowledgeable about both vehicles. I have to say I probably was not the easiest sale and didn't make Mr. Chiles' or Crown Toyota's job easy. I work very hard for my money and don't like to part with it on a whim. I was not hassled by Cody or Crown in any way during the sale. I am very happy with the deal I got, the way I was treated and with my Toyota Tundra. The honesty, respect and patience shown by my sales consultant Cody Chiles was like I have never gotten from a car saleperson before. I have already recommended him and Crown Toyota to several friends and family members and will continue to do so.
 
After visiting several dealerships around town, we decided to visit Crown Toyota. Our salesperson, Cody Chiles went above and beyond to find the perfect car for us. He gladly took us on numerous test drives with many different makes and models. We decided upon a 2011 Jetta, however, they did not have the color and style that we wanted. Cody searched around until he was able to find it. The Jetta we wanted was on Crown's lot within 48 hours. That's pretty impressive! Cody was also very easy to deal with when it came to negotiating price, warranty, etc. There was absolutely no pressure either. We easily came to a price that fit both parties. Even after the sale, Cody put us in touch with the right people to connect with for service and accessories; not many sales people do that. Cody is definitely the best sales person we have ever dealt with. We recommend him often.

 I wanted a 4 Runner for 10 years and was finally able to buy one at Crown Toyota and particularly because of the assistance of my salesperson Chris Hess. My husband is deployed in Iraq (for the third time!) and dealerships other than Crown didn't want to do the paperwork needed in my situation. Chris Hess and the Crown team were willing to do everything needed and my 10 year dream was realized! I couldn't be happier and have recommended several people to Crown and Chris both because I believe in them and have learned that I can make $100 if one of my referrals buys a car there! Christopher Hess and the business office team at Crown pretty much helped me keep my job! I hit a deer and was rear ended the next day and my car was suddenly totaled. Because I owed more than the car was worth and didn't have gap insurance, financing a new vehicle was challenging but I needed one fast because I commute 50 miles a day to get to my job and I work nights. Christopher met with me three times before Crown opened in the morning to get my deal done. I am grateful to Crown for going the extra mile and to Christopher for understanding the urgency--and now I have a new car with a warranty.

Mr. Chris Hess was a true gentleman to my wife and I. We live in Kansas City and are hearing impaired and finding a dealership to help answer our questions was frustrating so we went to Crown in Lawrence where we met Mr. Hess. He was patient and understanding and helped us understand the buying process by writing notes and speaking slowly and carefully so we could read his lips. I recommend Crown and Mr. Hess to anyone shopping for a quality vehicle and rewarding sales process.
I don't live in Lawrence but don't like the Toyota dealership where I live so I used the Internet to find Crown. I met Christopher Hess during my Internet inquiry and am simply pleased with him, Crown and the process that led to my new Tacoma. Thanks, everyone, for a top-notch experience.

Crown Toyota has a great reputation in northeast Kansas and my visit confirmed why. It was a busy Saturday and it took help from Cody, Chris and Tristan to arrange my test drive and answer all my questions. I also found the used car manager, Zack, to be very knowledgeable and courteous. I'm not sure who received the credit for my car deal since so many people helped me but I appreciate the team effort and dedication to customer service and, of course, my new vehicle!

We met in early November when I took some photos of you in your office for the Lawrence Business Magazine. My wife Ann and I want to thank you for the generous offer you made to us and all the other Lawrence Chamber of Commerce members regarding the purchasing of a Toyota for the employee discount. We already took advantage of it leasing a new Prius V last Thursday. We had already made the decision to get the Prius V before we even received your offer so the timing could not have been better for us. David Wilson was a pleasure to do business with and we would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle through him. A nice, easy going, straight forward person. It could not have been easier. We still own our 2007 Prius we purchased from Crown Toyota new and are contemplating taking advantage a second time of your employee discount offer by trading in the 2007 for a 2012 model. We just want to put some thought into whether or not we need a second V or want to go with a Hatchback and its better gas mileage.
